CANNOLI & DESSERTS
Cannoli are one of the best known specialties of the Sicilian pastry. It consists of a waffle of fried dough and a filling of ricotta cheese (the traditional one), chocolate and with the amazing pistachio of Bronte.
To prepare the ricotta cheese we use a mixing process with ricotta cheese and sugar strictly following a procedure that has been passed down from father to son.
The cannoli are filled at the time of eating them.
