Breading ingredients: 00 flour, corn flour, brewer's yeast, water, salt

We offer the following:
- Ragu': veal, pork, tomato sauce, cheese, 00 flour, peas, vegetables
Ndunja: nduja, tomato pulp, chili pepper, béchamel (milk, 00 flour) onion, sunflower oil, salt.
- Norma (VEG): tomato sauce, aubergines, mozzarella, basil pesto (basil, whey, cashews, grana padano, potato flakes, garlic, pine nuts), 00 flour, margarine, sunflower oil.
- Spinach (VEG): spinach, mozzarella, bechamel (milk, 00 flour) margarine, white wine, herbs, salt and pepper
- Truffle (VEG): mushroom puree, mushrooms, truffles, champignons mushrooms, milk
HOW TO PREPARE:
You will receive the arancini NOT COOKED.
When you receive the box: put the arancini in the fridge. Don't put them in the frozen. Shelf life 4 days.
When you are ready to cook: Take them out from the fridge 1 hour before the cooking time.
Fry them in oil at 170° for 4/5 minutes.
